Moorage:
Spruce Harbour Marina offers annual recreational moorage slips from 20 ft to 50 ft. Conveniently located in False Creek, you will find secure moorage and more at Spruce Harbour!
There is currently a waitlist for annual moorage. To join the waitlist or receive more information, fill out the form below or contact the office at admin@spruceharbourmarina.com.
** NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER TRANSIENT MOORAGE

- Secure underground parking while you are in the marina or out with your boat (72 hour maximum)

Small Craft Storage:
Store your kayak, stand up paddle board (SUP), or canoe at Spruce Harbour. Secure storage racks are located inside the marina, right on the dock with easy launching access. Racks are accessible year round. Maximum vessel length is 16 ft.

Rates:
Annual contracts for moorage and small craft storage run from April 1 to the following March 31.
- $16.74/ft/month charged annually
- Kayak/SUP storage rate for single craft on rack: $625/year
- Kayak/SUP storage rate for two craft stored on one rack: $725/year
- Canoe storage rate: $625/year
